In 2017 Suvel has started an engineering traject for Lekkerkerker Dairy & Food Equipment to design the complete pre-processing plant for cheese production for a customer in Russia. The cheese line is part of the complete configuration, which also exists of a butter production and powder production plant.

Due to the hands-on experience of both Suvel and Lekkerkerker the co-operation is very smooth and the design meets the requirements of the customer.

The customer will be able, after erection and commissioning of the pre-processing plant, to fully automatic handle the milk intake, pasteurisation, standardisation and whey handling.
